Fake Beef/Pork
Being able to get fake beef/pork was a real game changer for us. It opened up a world of dishes that were previously inaccessible due to lack of those meaty flavors and textures. We started discovering fake meats in the grocery stories and incorporating them into dishes around 2010, and have really enjoyed creating vegetarian versions of popular meat dishes ever since.
