Healthy

When I got diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes, I had to start curbing my junk food (potato chips, frieds, etc). I also moved more towards a whole foods plant based diet. This drastically improved my overall health. It not only reduced my A1C/glucose numbers to normal level (without medication!), but also reduced my blood pressure, cholesterol, and triglycerides to normal levels. And as an added bonus, I also lost a lot of weight. To make it easier to find the healthy recipes on our website, I’ve created this Healthy category. These recipes are reduced fat, salt, and processed carbohydrates without sacrificing great taste.
