Fusion Indian-Chinese Pani Palak Paneer / Pureed Ong Choi with Tofu
We were skeptical with our Palak Paneer using Ong Choi and Tofu first but we couldn't be more pleased with the results. This fusion creation is so flavorful, bursting with Indian spice and with the smoothness of ong choi. Enjoy!
