Noodles

I loooooove noodles. Given a choice of grains, breads, or noodles, my go-to is always noodles. Around the world, there are such a wide variety of noodles. Not only do they come in different shapes and sizes, but they’re made of many different ingredients, giving them different textures and mouthfeel: semolina, rice, mung beans, buckwheat, etc. All so different, making international cuisines distinctive and special.
